Ke$ha - Tik Tok

Ke$ha's famous songs 'Tik Tok'. This is because the lyrics in the song are different from other songs. Also, with the music video we can be as outrageous as we like! Which is excellent for creative minds.
This print screen shot shows how the music video for tik tok uses different effects to interprut the lyrics. Also, have this sort of effect in this section of the music video, pulls across a sort of pyscadelic feel (drugs and alcohol) and draws the theme of a party into it all.

This image is carrying on the theme of parties with the balloons and children with a large 'boom box'. This is a great example of showing how the video and the lyrics of the song link together. The conventions of balloons help show to the viewers what Ke$ha is singing about initially. The first thing that pops into mind when you think of parties is normally children's birthday's. Having children in this mid/long distant shot helps to put a point across.
Bright, vibrant colours put across the party vibe. The items Ke$ha is wearing in this screen shot show an 'i don't care' approach and gives the impression that all she wants to do is party. Facial expressions are good conventions in music videos. In this one, Ke$ha pulls faces that show that show is relaxed and doesn't care what people say. Also, she shows facial expressions many people would pull in excitement of parties.

Towards the end of music video, they show shots from a party that Ke$ha attends. The screen shot to the left is one of many shots shown close up/motion shot. It helps to portray the vibe during the party.
